Urbane Cove

Well maintained and looked after property. We were very pleased. Owner was very friendly and helpfull. Property was very spacious with kitchen, 2 attached toilets woth bedroom and dining and living. Great value for money compare to what you get in a commerical hotels.

To be honest , Everything was perfect It was warm season, considering concrete building they all get pretty warm but bedrooms had AC so it was all good.

Location was good

Lack of responsibility. Nobody was there to assist issues. No handwash, no soap. No dustbin. After telling the guy he got one dustbin. And bathroom was not cleaned. There is no reception or poc to contact. Since we were occupied, didn't give importance

Great stay as always

1. No Power Backup (Electricity went twice for hours during our 2nd night stay), practically sleepless night 2. Drinking Water arrangement inadequate - 5 Litre thermos was given, had to order at night from Online platforms 3. Security Inadequate - there was opening from kitchen-end, which was locked from outside. From inside no keys
