"Lovely place with small improvements needed"

The location was very close to the sea and the best beaches of the world. The pool was nice with the trampoline. We had a very nice terrace and the place was very quiet. It's great to have two bathrooms, booth with shoers. The apartment was really big and with a covered parking place. Was also nice to have direct access to the pool.

Air conditioning was not really cooling enough. For the pool you have to wear the swimhut. The pool was a bit dangerous for non swimmers as there was a very sharp border between low and high water. There were no mosquito nets. Some doors and windows were hard or not possible to close.

"Great location for beautiful beaches, slightly tired apartment"

Great location in Sardinia for beach hopping. Loads of gorgeous coves within easy reach by car. The closest area for restaurants and bars near the beach was lovely. The apartment itself is spacious with a good terrace which gets the sun all day. Very responsive host

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t filled so was out of use during our stay. Matilde was good about it and did refund us some money. But we had booked it on the fact it had a pool so this was a real shame, worth checking beforehand if all details on listing are correct. Also the shower in the main bathroom only ran cold and the stove didn’t light so you couldn’t even boil the kettle! All a bit frustrating. It just needs a little bit of TLC.
