Central Maidstone Contractor Flat

Location

It was freezing in the apartment. The owner controls the heating system.

The interior is welcoming and modern. Very centrally located - close to shops and restaurants. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen contents need an upgrade. There wasn't even a tin or bottle opener and the cutting board, pots, cutlery, mugs and glasses are very dated. The bathroom is so beautiful, just a pity that must shower by hand to avoid flooding the bathroom

I liked NOTHING about this place. I booked for 11 nights and did NOT stay 1!! I asked for a refund, however, Nayeem said NO.

I was traveling on official business, we literally drove pass the location 3 times before realizing that was the location. First thing, the key was left in a lockbox attached to an outside fence which was unbelievable! The place seemed abandoned, very dirty upon entry and there was a man i thought was security/concierge there but upon speaking to him, he could not provide any details about the building, the apartment or owner, but noted he leaves at 5pm and he has NEVER seen the key to an apartment in the building left outside on the fence so he was surprised himself! When we got to the flat on the 8th floor, the scent that came from it could kill a rat. There were suspicious looking young males back and forth one of whom appeared to be unwell as he kept looking up above. Listen this place would give anyone the creeps. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, Please for your own safety DO NOT BOOK!!!!! I paid £926.00 for 11 nights and even when Nayeem insisted if I leave there'd be no refund, I still did because my safety and sanity is paramount. Also, the closet space was being used for storage, there was garbage in the bathroom and an old bath mat was thrown over the towel rack. Nayeem, said the plumbers were in earlier the day which may have resulted in the bathroom being untidy. He apologized for that. There is a tip a colleague who traveled but stayed at different location shared. That is; book 1night first just in the even it's TRASH like this flat then you extend if you are comfortable. I share it either you. I wish i could share all the photos, unfortunately I'm only allowed 4. Stay safe out there Travellers.

Inside the property was very nice, apart from some wear and tear it was clean and tidy and perfect for me and my two children. Location was excellent

The parking worked out quite expensive as I had a leave twice a day for my children. Maybe there are other alternatives than pay on exit but I didn’t find any.

Nice layout and decor, very clean and great location.

The sofa is a little uncomfortable.
