Personnel vraiment très accueillant : au top ! Hotel propre, original avec une magnifique vue. Le petit dej est super bon !

La localisation n’est pas idéale… il n’y a pas grand chose autour et cela est dommage.

A hidden gem in Nusa Penida! The property is stunning with breathtaking views. The room was spotless and very comfortable. A special mention for the open-air bathroom. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks to the hotel’s excellent organization, we were able to visit all the key spots without any hassle.

The property is cute and the view is decent.

Comparing to the other experiences in Bali the service of the hotel was extremely poor. The staff were arrogant and not responsive. The location on google maps is incorrect and the approach road is pathetic. Not reccomended for a 4 wheeler. Seeing our luggage there were comments passed the staff of why we packed so much for 1 day stay. They did not help with the luggage loading or unloading. This is opposite of what we experience on our entire trip. The toilet seats were old and unhygienic.

Very beautiful view and lovely cabins with view on the swimming pool and the mountain. The outside bathroom is also nice and in good condition. I had to play a little hit with the air con to adjust it because it gets very hot Some nice little restaurants within 10-15min walk

It’s a bit steep to get to but the taxi and scooter have no problems to get there. The breakfast is in good quantity but the quality is not the best we have had. For example, the pancakes are very heavy and not actually made with banana, it’s served on the side. It’s a shame because we have had very good banana pancakes everywhere in Bali. We have tried the other breakfast options as well and it was also a bit disappointing quality wise.

We received a warm welcome on arrival with ice cold welcome drinks. It is hard to get around Nusa Penida without renting a moped or having a driver. We used their taxi driver to drop us to where we wanted to go, for example to dinner (would recommend Secret Penida for watching the sunset over dinner) etc. which was very handy. They were always attentive and ready to collect whenever we wanted and always sooo friendly. Really beautiful clean and dry rooms, with working air conditioning and space to put your belongings. We liked the fact we had our own space, having the balcony to sit on and enjoy the views was amazing. I got up in the mornings to watch the sunrise which was beautiful.

The roads driving to the hotel are very steep and extremely uneven and bumpy so be prepared for this. Completely out of the hotels control, but there were a lot of ants crawling on our balcony, in our room and in our bathroom. There was also a large gecko in our bathroom and lots of little geckos too. But with the nature of the bathroom being outside, little creatures are to be expected!
