I think it’s only fair to let travellers know the truth, this apartment could be better but it fails on so many areas. Upon arrival the fridge had the last persons water in it? The apartment boasts a coffee machine but there was only one pod? The area is the old town which is known to be noisy but this place is on a bar street so the noise is overwhelming, there is no view and the room feels isolated, the room is not clean, towels are beyond old and should be thrown away, but the host told me only upon arrival that I had to pay for aircon EUR7 a night, I said that’s not in your advert and what your doing is illegal, he told me it is in the add and thankfully I now take screenshots before booking so I could show him it was not listed - this behaviour is fraudulent and blackmail to make money out of people with no choice. The authorities have been informed with evidence.

Because of no aircon and refusing to pay an unadvertised charge. On top of this the room has a sweaty smell they try to cover with a scent, but because the room is so small and the scent activates every few minutes it’s overwhelming so I had to turn it off not to be sick, your then left with the smell which is actually better than choking on room spray. I dare not sleep in the bed so I slept on top with clothes on, this added to a hot feeling as there is only one tiny window that you cannot open due to massive noise from the bars. To top it all there host insisted on a 10:30am checkout which again is advertised as 11am (a disappointing experience with fraud added to the mix which is obviously illegal and yet when I arrived you actually get sent a threatening message from the host stating damages will be backed up legally) - I have alerted booking.com and will be very interested to see the outcome, however I have also passed this on to a regulatory body. I have now had several incidents like this and I have had no help until I spoke to the regulator last week… you do have rights and this behaviour should not happen

In the city center, room was big. So many restaurants and bars near.

There was a coffee machine, but only one capsule to make the coffee even if we were in two.

The owner, Antonio, is a very kind person. The communication upon my arrival at your facility was excellent. Very large room with bathroom and shower. Television and refrigerator in the room. Excellent location, near the Barletta castle and only 10 minutes walk from the centre. I repeat that the innkeeper is a very kind person and ready to help you if there are any problems. 10 Stars
