Location is near center of many places of interest, and literally 5min walk from the metro which can also take you straight from/to the airport. Host provides many things you'll need for your stay

Guests who's flight are super early (eg 8am), with complementary taxi service to apartment, whereas check-in is not until 3:30, and no guidance on what to do before 3:30, especially in bad weather can really suffer. An information pack would be very useful. Info on things like where manuals are etc. Also, tips on where guests can visit and what they can do. Oh, and the hot water can run out.
