Guest House

L' accoglienza dei proprietari e' stata molto attenta sin dai primi contatti prima di fare ingresso alla struttura. Abbiamo trovato l' aria condizionata gia' accesa prima di accedere alla camera che ha una vista (lato fiume) bellissima sulla natura circostante. Stanza accogliente, luminosa, pulita, letto molto comodo che presenta la vista panoramica, bagno molto ampio, pulito ed elegante. Diversamente da tante altre realta', le foto non danno cosi' merito ad un alloggio che ci e' risultato migliore rispetto alle attese.

Al momento della nostra ricerca abbiamo riscontrato in Guest House una dicitura riferita all' alloggio non molto chiara ad indicare un letto matrimoniale o due letti singoli.

Dit is een onwaarschijnlijk mooie, luxe en zeer comfortabele kamer op een droomlocatie! Bed is zeer goed, ruime en zeer comfortabele badkamer. Een onwaarschijnlijk goed geslaagde combinatie van authentieke elementen en moderne faciliteiten. Vriendelijke gastheer. Motoren geparkeerd in de garage van de gastheer!Ontbijt op terrasje in de buurt, uitstekend restaurant en een wijnbar op loopafstand. En dat alles in een middeleeuwse omgeving met smalle straten, vriendelijke mensen en prachtige uitzichten en doorkijkjes.

Opletten is de route er naartoe. Er zijn meer wegen dan Google maps aangeeft en volgens Google kan je er niet komen. Op Google maps staat een guesthouse, vanaf die locatie de weg volgen, rechts aanhouden en dan aan het einde van straat, rechts in de hoek, is het guesthouse. Tabakswinkel is op 50m maar door eenrichtingsverkeer is dat niet de aanrijdroute. Nogmaals, volgens Google ligt die straat er niet, maar is er wel.

The accommodation is in an idyllic Tuscan village. The room and bathroom are modernly decorated with a touch of authentic Tuscany. We had a beautiful view of the hills from the room. Parking for bicycles and motorbikes is provided in the home garage. There is a restaurant nearby with a good selection of food and wines, and a cozy and homely pub on the square.

Beautiful, old property, but with modern facilities. Stylish and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Friendly, gentle and welcoming hosts. Mosquito nets on the windows were a thoughtful addition.

Public transport from Grossetto train station is not plentiful by any means and getting a taxi to the village was difficult and an expensive extra.

It was a superb location in Campagnatico. I really appreciated my hosts. The rooms were very clean and I felt incredibly comfortable. It felt like luxury to stay at the guest house for a night. I wished I could stay for a while longer. I would definitely revisit this house when I come back to the town.

This is an amazing place in a small,medieval town.The apartment is located in a historical building but it was renovated in a very impressive,modern style.The mix of old and modern gave a great charm to the place.The hosts are very nice people.
