"I donโ€™t want to recommend this place to others."

This place is absolutely disgusting. First of all, they donโ€™t have a proper hair dryer. The owner claimed they have two dryers, but I only saw one 220V hair dryer, so I had to buy one myself. To make matters worse, there were an abundance of bugs and flies. My friend and I stayed here for three days and caught a total of ten bugs and flies. The bedding wasnโ€™t cleaned properly either, which was quite unpleasant. On top of that, they didnโ€™t change the hand soap even though it was empty on our first day. Overall, the place is completely unclean. I would never visit this place again and I would never recommend it to anyone. I really enjoyed my time in DC except when I get back to house.

Location was great, room was great and private. A simple, clean, shared boarding house (i.e., shared bathroom, kitchen) with a good size room that was very pleasant and reasonably priced. Manager was also very attentive.

Location.

The bathroom is shared (the app did not mention that for the room I rented). The carpets were old and stained, and the furniture was outdated.
