No supply drinking water in next day stay.

The property is very good

Lack of maintenance and cleanliness. Food quality and cooking is not good

I like everything about nath palace the rooms and service which was provided to us was totally great and the breakfast was well done and the service is so good I really appreciate about the staff who were come and ready to help with everything.

There is nothing to not like about nath palace very good place to stay if you are visiting Banaras.

Overall stay experience was great, rooms were clean, food was great, location had ample parking.

There were few mosquitoes in the rooms due to standing water in the adjacent property, though it was taken care by mosquito repellent provided by hotel staff

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and had a pathetic experience. The staff has no idea how to talk to or behave with guests. Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely missing. The cleanliness and facilities were extremely poor throughout the hotel. There was no management available at any point to address concerns. Even something as basic as car parking was unmanaged, with no one to guide or assist. The so-called complimentary breakfast was served as if they were doing us a favor. The staff was literally counting how many puris a guest ate and how many cups of tea were taken, which was embarrassing and unacceptable. We have stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. It felt like there is no proper management, and the owner seems focused only on making money, not on guest comfort or service quality. We paid around ₹3000 for one night, and it felt like a complete waste of money. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay. *I dont know how there are positive reviews for this hotel.. where as we didnt find anything positive here.*

The dirtiest towels and bedsheets were never changed post a checkout.. it was straight away handedover over to the next guest (us). We ordered for veg soup, it was fine.. but when asked for ketchup/vinegar/sauces.. the guy refused straight away.. "Nahi wo sab nhi hai".. hot water kettle wasnt available in any of the rooms (we checked with other guests).. clearly thy are simply interested in getting the booking and making money from the guset.. guests comfort / basic ameniites is no where there in their list. It had dirtest beds.. and toilets i had ever seen any hotel. *I dont know how there are positive reviews for this hotel.. where as we didnt find anything positive here.*
