A Paradise in Paradise. Really nice place, spacious room, comfortable bed, great outdoor area, just amazing vibes. Definitely I will be back .

Đường vào hơi bé ,ô tô đi lại nhiều , Mình ko thích nằm đệm lò xo đau lưng và khó ngủ , có bị mất điện 1 đêm tuy nhiên dc anh chị chủ liên hệ cho phòng khác kịp thời , phòng nên có ti vi sẽ thích hơn cho trẻ nhỏ

Homestay xinh, giống ảnh chụp. Vị trí thuận tiện, nằm gần hang múa, tam cốc tiện đi lại. Khu vực yên tĩnh, giá cả hợp lý. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. The homestay is beautiful and exactly like the photos. It is conveniently located near Hang Múa and Tam Cốc, making it easy to get around. The area is quiet and peaceful, and the price is reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

không dọn phòng và đổ rác hàng ngày trừ khi bạn yêu cầu. the room is not cleaned and the trash is not taken out daily unless you specifically request it.

Accueil très chaleureux et le personnel aux petits soins ! Pas grand monde dans l’hôtel donc notre séjour a été très calme et reposant !

La wifi était lente mais bon nous étions pas là pour ça donc ce n’était pas grave du tout !

No windows to open for ventilation in the room Mosquitoes able to enter bathroom Pool water wasn’t as clear as it could be One of the sun loungers had rotten wood and broke when I sat on it

The good parts: property was good value for money in terms of location and overall cleanliness, however the food wasn’t very good at the restaurant. They let us check in early when our sleeper bus got into Ninh Binh early in the morning. The staff couldn’t really help us because english was very poor but were nice.

Cons: The wifi sucks! You cannot access any internet in your room through data or wifi, only in the restaurant. They charged us to borrow the bikes which they said were included, even though they were rusty and old. There were a few ants in the beds on the first night. They took our laundry on the morning on thursday (10am) and forgot to do it so when we had to check out they only started our laundry at 11am on friday. Luckily they let us stay for a few hours in the room but charged us $VD300 for a bag which came back with other peoples stuff in too
