Lovely swimming pool and surrounding

It is lovely property, with swimming pool. The rooms are clean, comfortable bed. The family owning the accommodation is super nice. They rent motorbikes for 120vnd per day. The breakfast is also nice. Overall really nice stay, can only recommend The photos are accurate

I spent two nights and Mua Rosa Garden and was very happy with my decision. The place is between both hotspots, Tam Coc and Trang An, making it a great place to drive/cycle, as everything is relatively close. The area is tranquil (except for the singing cocks) and feels very relaxing. The swimming pool is small but cosy and fresh, perfect for a quick swim. The rooms are spacious and have windows to the pool and the other side, meaning you can still close the curtains for privacy and have natural light from the other side. The beds are comfy, the shower has good pressure, and there’s a kettle and a fridge. Breakfast was a pancake with fruit as well as a coffee. Quite basic compared to other places, but enough for me, and still delicious. They could accommodate my early breakfast request (6:30). If you want a quieter experience in this area, Mua Rosa Garden is definitely a good choice with a great price/value ratio.

Their WiFi is unfortunately pretty unstable, so not reliable if you need good connection for working. Same as reception, it’s quite low in this area. The family doesn’t speak much English but they’ll try the best to understand, communicate and help out.

Super friendly helpful host & family. They offered to drive us to nearby sights and to the city and back even at late hours. Also organized transport to the airport for us. Rosa garden is a charming little place with lush vegetation, a laid back atmosphere, nice pool. it’s located in a countryside setting , a few minutes away from Ninh Binh’s natural sights.

Enjoyed the stay but mainly down to scenic location. Everyone really friendly so felt comfortable although there were a couple of things that were not great. Room not cleaned and rubbish not taking away and room could do with an overhaul. On saying that was not expensive so you get what you pay for. WiFi non existent and although they had WiFi when we asked for password were told no signal. Not a lot around in terms of restaurants but there were a couple relatively close with limited menus. Tam coc 5km away you need Grab to get around.
