Luxurious Apartment in Brooklands

Would never recommend to anyone the owner and staff wants to take extra money and was racist to mez

The moment i booked the property the checkin was not easy like every property, the owner wants your id not through booking.com but on text message. They used that information for getting my personal details and country I’m from and while check the owner was really rude and starting saying stuff about my country. He doesn’t know about policies so he started demanding cash from me and even i said no raise a dispute i will deal with booking.com he installed stuff on the carpet and said its my fault when his staff was in the property when i left and didnt say anything about defect. I was on work trip and ended uo wasting my say on this because the owner was constantly videocalling. So def would never recommend this flat to anyone.

The apartment was a good size for 2 people, even a small young family. Definitely well maintained and looked after. All the utensils needed for a couple with the added bonus of a supermarket just a few mins walk.

It’s brand new and really clean

This is a very nice and very clean one bedroom apartment. I have to mention the cleanliness twice as it was one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed in. Everything you need for a one day or multiple day stay is there. The kitchen is very complete and there was even some milk for my coffee. It might be a bit pricey for an overnight stay, but you do get a whole apartment. There is a Lidl on the same road in case you want to cook yourself. The owner was quick with a reply to where to find the key-box and the code for it.

The bedside table lamp shade was broken and had tried to be fixed with tape and copper wire. It clearly had not worked as it was just hanging sideways. This should have been replaced. Please clean the TV remote. This looks like it has been through the wars.
