Très bon emplacement. Calme. Tout y est. Beaucoup de goût. Accueil super.

it's a hidden gem in the heart of ioanina. the apparment is super modern, exceptionnaly clean with all required stuff. the host left all products required for breakfast, i.e. eggs, butter, jam, honey and toast. it was very kind. there is no dedicated parking place but the host leaves a permit card. we were able to park right in front of the appartment.

driving inside the castle area might be a challenge due to narrow streets. apart of this everything was very good

The apartment was really exceptional and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Location was great, clean apartment in the old town part of Ioannina, ideal to explore the city by foot. In walking distance you have many places for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks.

Although the place is recently refurbished and everything was as you would expect, the owner made a fuss on us connecting to our account on the smart TV and not disconnecting from it thereafter (as he rushed us to leave on the check out time). It's not a dealbreaker but being more flexible and hospitable wouldn't hurt. Overall I'd recommend it.

The property had an excellent taste in decoration, making it feel both stylish and cozy. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the center, which made exploring incredibly convenient. What really stood out was the thoughtful touch of providing coffee and breakfast essentials like toast, jams, honey, fruits, and eggs. These small details made our stay even more enjoyable! Strongly recommend it for a nice experience in Ioannina. The hosts were very helpful and thoughtful :)
