Large Bright apartment

The front door was always open 24hrs a day and the house door was hardly fort knox, locks were shoddy.

Decor was alright. Good location.

Mattress in double bed was very uncomfortable cool feel the springs when sleeping. The bathroom was dusty. And last, at times was very difficult to open the flat door. The TV remote wasn’t great and some channels didn’t work.

Very nice layout and good sized rooms, well equipped kitchen and good bathroom

Mattresses were very lumpy, and the locks on the main entrance and apartment were a bit rough.

The apartment was not clean despite the advert saying it was cleaned by a professional company. We could not get the heating to work and on the evenings it was very cold. there was only one small frying pan which had a loose handle that turned when you picked it up making it dangerous. The approach to the apartment made you want to turn and run away. The front door was awful, need renewing. We could not open the door to the apartment, tried to call for help but couldn’t get an answer, sent an email and then the lady upstairs came down and opened it for us and told as not to use the bottom lock whilst we were there. The carpet in the hallway and up the stairs to the apartment was absolutely disgusting, didn’t look like it had been cleaned for years and years. The paintwork on the stairs was disgustingly filthy. The banister is dangerous as it moves when holding it. The settee was most uncomfortable. The tea towel left in the kitchen was filthy. we have a video of the moving banister but are unable to upload it. Also the is a smoke detector on the top landing that was covered with silver tape, we also have a photo of it.
