Aziza House

Lovely apartment in a quiet zone, free parking, 10 min by walk to the center. The host Salvatore is a wonderful person, ready to help.

We spent a week in Aziza House apartment at the beginning of March 2025 and we were very satisfied. The apartment is well equipped, spacious and clean. There is also a balcony with chairs. The kitchenette has basic equipment for everyday use. The owner is communicative and provided us with all the necessary information. We recommend!

Erdigunetik gertu. Etxe ondoko kalean doan aparkatzeko aukera dago eta gertu supermerkatu bat ere badu. Etxea erosoa eta espaziotsua da. Jabea jatorra da eta erraz jarri gara berarekin harremanetan edozein zalantza izan dugunean. Great location, within walking distance to the city centre and with free parking places on the street. There is a supermarket near too. The house is comfortable and spacious. Good heating. The host was friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend it.

Amazing place with a great location!. Very clean, cozy, bright and quiet. The apartment is located in the city center, so it is a great place if you prefer to walk a lot and enjoy the sights of Palermo!

The apartament was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was everything we need in the kitchen to prepare meals and in the bathroom we had all staff needed as well. The location is very good, walking distance to city centre and train station.And what’s maybe the most important,Salvatore is a great host, very nice and helpful.We really enjoyed a stay in Aziza House.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect—close to all the main spots but still quiet for a good night’s sleep. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The apartment is spacious, with a large beautiful terrace, the beds are very comfortable, everything is clean and tidy. The location is a 20-minute walk from the center, in a very quiet area, which is great, considering that Palermo is a bit noisy. Salvatore is great host, always at your service for all questions, communication with him was excellent and he speaks excellent English (which is rare for Italians).
