The view was beautiful, the general vibe and the house was well-equiped

This was the most amazing property and by far, the best holiday home we have stayed in. The house was beautifully furnished, exceptionally clean and lots of little extras to make our stay comfortable. The window seat was perfect and we spent the majority of our time sat looking out at the wonderful view. A short week to and from the beach and a downstairs bathroom was brilliant to have a quick shower with sandy feet!

Superb property,super clean-not even a spec of sand despite the great location just a stones throw from the beach. Kids loved the window seat. Everything was thought of,esp loved the pint of milk in the fridge for a much needed cuppa on arrival and the bath bombs were met with squeals of delight by the little people! Not far from the pub and the ice cream shop and 5mins into Dungloe. Quiet location for a nights sleep after a day on the beach. Gemma was only a phone call for ideas on where to eat. Enjoyed a lovely relaxed weekend family getaway and we will be back! 10/10

The view from the big window!!

The property was absolutely beautiful, and it is in an amazing location. Gemma thought of everything and more. All essentials were provide - from dishes to tea - and she was very responsive leading up to our vacation. It was a treat to wake up and go upstairs to the family room and see the beautiful ocean and countryside. The beach access is right across the street, and each morning, we walked around the village and on the beach. There are incredible historic sites in the area, and Gemma suggested several sites within just a 10-15 minute walk from the cottage in the information book. The pub within just a few yards of the cottage was an added bonus and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again soon.

Absolutely amazing!!! We stayed here for 2 nights and were completely blown away by not only the house and views but by the host too. The house is stunning and the host has thought of every little detail to make the stay incredible. No need to bring cleaning products or toiletries. So much is provided including cereal Overlooking the most gorgeous beach and a pub a stones throw away. We’ll definitely be back
