NOTHING, The place is a university used part time for accommodation, that is not mentioned on booking.com

Beds - steel beds with dust and dirty linen Taps - not working Linen - very dirty not clean with brown marks which smells urine Hot water - the service was extremely poor Cockroaches - I believe this place must be shut down it's not fit human habitat Cleanliness - they never clean that place for 7 days, you literally have to go and beg for that service Overall service I wouldn't advice anyone to book that place, it's a leap off, when you need to lay the complain the manager in charge isn't available for the duration of your stay. My question is does Booking.com assess this places before they are advertised online because this really taint the name of booking.com That FOREST HILL is a nightmare of a place, I feel really reaped off, there was absolutely no value for money. It just a bunch of scammers feasting on the vulnerable during December. I feel very aggrieved in this regard, I would actually ask for refund for such a mediocre service.

Stanze al piano senza ascensore. Mancava un letto. Non c'erano asciugamani, né stoviglie e mancava un letto. Struttura fatiscente e pessima.
