The hotel is nicely located in town but no views of the bay or water. The hotel is family owned and they are friendly. The hotel is a legacy hotel which needs some attention. We traveled as a family of three, a couple and teenagers. Rented the family suite. After we were in the room , we realized that the window to the hall had no lock on it, it had been broken for some time allowing free access to our room. The owner came up and sealed the window with hinges which were permanent. The bathroom floor tiles were warped causing the door to not close unless pushed on with heavy strength and then did not close properly the owner was informed and agreed it was a structural issue needing fixing. The sink was also in need of repair with the sink plug rusted open and the control lever not secured, One last issue , the most serious is the electrical.. one outlet , if used causes a surge that cuts out the electrify in the room until removed. We were offered another room but that too had issues. Our stay was only two days, so we made due. If the price point is right( they often discount the rooms heavily if not booked in advance, we were not so Lucky) it might be worth the above faults excepting the electrical.
