Great venue, very new, and had chairs & table outside.
Finding it can be a little tricky. A larger sign on the front wall would be helpful. Also, sending clients a map may help, our iPhone map app led us astray.

Location was very very quiet, nice place to sit outside to enjoy the quiet. Bed was comfortable, 'room' was large with several places to sit, relax, read a book. Great place to return to and reenergize after a busy day of travel and touring.
It was a little difficult to find the place even with a GPS. Breakfast was very disappointing, knew it was a continental breakfast. Didn't expect a homemade meal but even compared to other continental breakfasts we have had at other places, it was lacking. Just a few prepackaged store bought dry 'buns', ' cups of 'porridge', tiny tea bisquits.
