Lage ist ideal, da man in wenigen Gehminuten in der Altstadt ist. Es befinden sich auch Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke sowie grosse öffentliche Parkplätze. Da das Appartment im Untergeschoss liegt, bleiben die Temperaturen im Innern angenehm.
