1. Заблаговременные и исчерпывающие инструкции по заселению. Быстрая коммуникация с хозяйкой по всем вопросам. 2. Уютная квартира со свежим ремонтом, в ней приятно находиться. Есть всё необходимое для проживания. Отличное качество уборки. 3. Удачное месторасположение: рядом станция метро, магазины рестораны.

"Great apartment at great location"

Comfortable apartment with all amenities you need! Great location...all important sightseeing spots are in walking distance. Host speaks also English!

The apartment is newly renovated but the building itself is very badly maintained! There was no water supply on one day.

"Great Location & Friendly Host"

The apartment is in a superb location, making it easy to explore the area. The host was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. An added bonus is that there's an Indian hotel nearby, which was convenient for meals. However, keep in mind that the property does not provide breakfast. Overall, a good stay for those looking for a well-located and comfortable place!

"Very nice stay"

Well equipped and nicely renovated. Convenient location. There are money exchanges, cafes, supermarkets and parks within walkable distance. The host was super helpful. An elevator is available to 3/F.

Could have provided more toilet paper.
