Nice location, pretty close to the city center. Comfortable, roomy apartment. Umbrella and beach mat provided by the owner, very good idea.

Pretty noisy, busy area. Hard to find a parking spot during the night. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no curtain in the shower, you can’t take a shower without flooding the bathroom and there is no mop.

This a large well appointed apartment with a full kitchen and nice furnishings in a mostly residential area of Alghero. It is typical of an apartment an Italian family would live in. As expected given its location some traffic noise is apparent during the day but it is very quiet during the evening and overnight. The price was very economical for this size and quality of an apartment. As noted in other reviews the city enter is a short walk away and there are convenient retail services close by. The property managers are responsive and prompt with replies to any of your concerns.

This is a property that accepts payment in full directly when you take possession. Paid with cash upon arrival as no POS system was available. No receipt was provided but I am sure this omission was unintentional.
