Propreté, équipements, mobilier, le cuisinier Bryan (jeune mais très efficace).

Le dernier jour, la femme de ménage qui nous accuse presque d’avoir pris une serviette alors qu’elle a mal calculé. S’il n’y avait pas Bryan, j’aurais pu dire que le personnel fait le strict minimum pour satisfaire le client.

L’accueil, la propreté, responsable très à l écoute et très arrangeant!! 10/10 pour Alida la responsable !!

La gentillesse du personnel de la sécurité et du personnel pour le jardin, et de la personne qui faisait le ménage le Week End. La piscine merveilleuse, les lits au top. Le calme également.

Pas d'eau froide dans une des chambres, évier bouché, personnel faisant le ménage la semaine pas souriante, a surveiller tout ce que l'on faisait.

À proximité de la mer, accès facile pour y aller en ville ….

L’arrivée des autres vacanciers le week end trop bruyant surtout la nuit … personnels un peu trop présents

The property itself is superb and well located. The overall rooms are comfortable and secure. The swimming pool is nice and water is clean and warm all times. The availability of cook and cleaning persona is indeed a great help especially with family around

The staff doesn't understand english and is very inflexible (there is a single person understanding english who will leave at 530PM always, the cook takes 4 hours lead time to do anything). Though i booked it for 3 nights, i had to leave by evening of 3rd so i asked for a change - just didn't happen - so many issues i gave up and above all when they understood that i am leaving before the 3rd night they asked me for changing the villa to accommodate others! Looks like more attuned for bigger groups who just make merry and go. There was a 20 minute investigation process before check out to see if things are in order! Wifi doesn't work. There is no phone at the reception to directly connect from the rooms. Electricity keeps on going and if it trips at night then god save you!

The location was perfect. The villa itself was like 5 star accommodation. The swimming pool was beautiful and a nice big size as well.

Everything, facilities and staff all excellent.
