I like the fact that the place was neat.

I didn’t like the fact that the bathroom is downstairs and also shared.

This is the perfect location and I would like to go there again

Very clean and welcoming, facilities as described in the booking, shared bathroom really clean and slippers & bathrobe provided. The host met me to show the room and codes to get in having messaged me first- wonderful service and couldn’t ask more from a welcoming host.

Nothing, it met all expectations and was very neat, tidy and clean.

It had been newly carpeted..the decor was nice, the bathroom exceptional, vlarge and luxurious. Comfortable bed, and they left a They had left a selection of complimentary cold drinks, in the fridge, mango tango, pineapple soda in a bottle, And some lovely butterscotch crunch biscuits, chocolate and small packet of chocolate biscuits. As well as both a selection of Nescafé sachets & packets of teabags, half were decaf.. Very helpful and pleasant hosts, and as I was staying for the bank holiday carnival and concert nearby; the location was just right for my needs

I received a very warm welcome and felt very comfortable in the house and my room. Towels, bathrobe, slippers were provided. The accommodation is very clean. The hostess was very accommodating and helpful. Sharing the bathroom with the other guest wasn't a problem either. It was free most of the time. I would recommend the accommodation.

Nothing. It is a text-book fraud and scam to advertise a shared-bathroom as private. I asked for a partly-refund and booking.com did nothing. I told the manager that you lied and said the bathroom is shared between 2 guests so somehow it is still private.

Seeing other guests naked out of the bathroom, seeing hair in the bathroom, getting scammed by false advertisement about having a private bathroom, having an uncomfortable bed, pillows, and room.

The property was exceptionally clean and the hospitality from the hosts was amazing! My room was very spacious and I was secluded in my own space which is what I desired. The room came with water, a microwave, a drink, tea and biscuits and the bathroom was beautiful and clean. In addition to that, everything from the bathroom cups to the kitchen drawer was detailedly labeled for guests. Despite the bathroom being shared, this was maintained and cleaned by the hosts. I also had the option to have a hot breakfast which was really delicious and therefore I will definitely be coming back here and possibly for a longer stay I Highly recommend!

I liked the warm welcome and some special touches in the room. I didn't use them but there were weights & extra towels & cold drinks in the fridge. It was very clean & comfortable & quiet and I liked having access to Netflix. All very thoughtful :). It's a 25-30 minute walk to the city centre which I really enjoyed.

I don't think it was clear the bathroom is shared with another guest (not the owners). That was 100% fine. I never even saw the other guest but I think the website implied it was a bathroom for me alone. Wouldn't put me off staying there again.
