Ubytovanie ma veľmi dobrú lokalitu, blízko centra.

Ubytovanie uvádza manželskú posteľ a rozkladací gauč, avšak sú to staršie postele s nekvalitnými matracmi, ktoré neposkytujú žiadny komfort. Našťastie sme tam boli len jednu noc, ale na dlhodobý pobyt to rozhodne nie je.

Klein aber fein: sehr gute Städtische Lage. Passt perfekt für 2-3 Personen zum übernachten. Alles in 5-10 min.zu Fuss erreichbar.Gratis parken. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Gute Preis/Leistungverhältnis.

Gab keinen Salz in der Küche( Scherz) ;) .

It was great that the apartment was a 5 minute walk from the city centre and the beach. The bed linen and towels were clean and smelled nice, the apartment was clean too. We could extend the check out time also, which was great.

It was expensive and had a musty stench. The aircon helped a little as it dried to room out a bit, however the stench stayed especially in the bedroom. The mattress is a bit uncomfortable, it felt like it was used a lot, it felt laid out. The neighbours were annoying, the apartment across had the lights on up until 4-5AM with the guy constantly coughing, the curtains were not enough to block out the light coming from the other apartment so it was straight in our face all night. Lastly we have chosen this apartment because of the parking, however it was not what we expected, we had to hunt for parking spaces in the parking lot which was a walk from the apartment. Understandable, but misguiding.

Location and communication with owners was excellent. The appartment was clean and as described.

Now and the a smell of gasoline noticable in the appartment.

The owners were very kind even before we got there, the equipment of the apartment is rally great (TV, A/C, towels, owen, hair dryer...) we got a parking permit so we could park almost everywhere in the town. The beach and the center is also close on foot. We asked for a baby bed and a tub and we got them as well. If we go back once, we will definitely look up this place again :)

The mattress in bed was a bit too soft and the floor was a little bit dirty, but we had cleaning stuff so we did it immediately after our arrival.

Great location, easy access to the whole city, close to the beach. It has everything you need for your stay, nothing is broken or old. The bed is comfortable and there is enough linnen and towels. There is a kind upstairs neighbour who notified me when a nearby parking spot was available. :-)

Parking is a bit of a challenge, but that is something I knew going there, plus it isn't the owner's fault, it is just how these istrian towns are built. Nonetheless I found a parking spot right in front of the appartment. The appartment could use some more utensils in the kitchen, but that is just a minor thing, not really a problem.
