This place is a hidden gem. Me and my partner took our two dogs here for Halloween. Beautiful yurt. The place is so secure. The bed I didn't want to get out of it was super comfy. Beautiful place

I loved everything.

"Fabulous!"

10.0

Nice relaxing countryside getaway, lovely goats Mary and aoife and enjoyed feeding them carrots. Nice and secluded area so it’s nice and private. Kevin was lovely and very accommodating, the log fire is great it heats the yurt up very quickly as it does get cold, loved the nice touch of hot chocolates coffee and teas in the room. Mattress was very comfortable both of us slept very well on it. We went to a Chinese that was recommended in the guide, food was lovely and only a 5 minute drive away. I’d highly recommend if you want a nice short break away in the countryside.

Only thing I would say is if you have long hair and want a shower there is no way of drying your hair but this wouldn’t stop me from staying again and would only see it being a bit of a issue if it was a long stay

Wow I can’t recommend staying here enough. We have done a lot of staycations in yurt huts and glamping huts but this was by far our favourite. It was so cosy we lit a fire and played loads of the board games/card games that were available for us for free. There is a bbq available to use which would be perfect for cooking any sort of meat things but we didn’t use it we opted for a cosy pub dinner instead. There are plenty of hot drink options in the hut and there is a water refill station just across from the yurt. If you’re wanting somewhere that is private but cosy this is the perfect place. The yurt hut is super quirky and has a true Celtic countryside vibe. They have two cute goats in the pen near the entrance to the farm and the owners left some carrots out for us so we could feed the goats. We thought this was such a cute added extra to the experience. Not too far from shops, cafes pubs etc. loads of lovely walks and castles near by. We visited castles, the O’Neil on the hill museum castle in Dungannon ( we paid £9 each for a private tour at the museum and it was worth every penny as we learnt all about local history) we finished our trip with a visit to a local waterfall. Please make yourself aware that the check out is early, it was 10am for us which isn’t a problem as we are early risers but if you like a lye in then consider this. The owners are so lovely and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and to celebrate one of our birthdays. We would definitely come and stay again and would love to visit when their new shepherd hut is up and running. Thank you for a lovely stay guys

"Can’t wait to go back!!"

10.0

Absolutely everything, cosy and warm, spotless clean, quiet, private and secluded! No electric brought a real romantic vibe to the stay! Could not recommend enough! Toilet and shower just a walk away was exceptionally clean and shower was beautiful! Chickens and goats were a great distraction nd hugely entertaining for our doggy, the grounds around were safe for the doggie nd he had great fun running around!! Everything you need is supplied, we had good phone coverage, Vodafone and three networks, Will def be back soon!

Nothing I didn’t like, only thing I would say is car is needed here if you wanted to leave yurt or go nearest town or shop!

"Relaxing, comfortable unique experience for a quiet getaway."

10.0

BeautifulYurt in a lovely, quiet location. Wood burning fireplace was a great feature and yurt was so comfortable, warm and clean. Loved the Shed-Shower, clean and perfect balance of temp/pressure. Wife fell in love with the pigmy goats, Aoife and Mary. Paddock was secure for our dogs to roam freely with plenty of space.

The weather 😂 Though it didn’t stop us enjoying being outside.

"We loved it - wished for better weather but hey, it's Ireland. We got the full experience :-D"

8.0

It's a tastefully decorated and pleasantly presented Yurt. Log burning stove with plenty of fuel, comfortable beds, nicely dressed and solar lighting. It's priced competitively compared to what hotels list for. A few farm animals to see on the property with some food left to feed them, Quiet - except for the occasional 'Moo' Very pleasant and responsive hosts too.

No power in Yurt, come prepared (battery packs) Muddy grounds, again come prepared with proper shoes and clothing. Smell, it's a farm - come expecting it and you won't be shocked. Bring lights to get to the toilet. Our 7yr old woke at 3am needing to go - was a muddy, dark, walk to the toilet. I don't wish to come across as not liking it, merely listing the points that I feel would be good for other visitors to know.

"An unforgettable experience at Kerrib Farm!"

10.0

Our stay at Kerrib Farm was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the warmest of welcomes by our incredible hosts (and their lovely doggies!), who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was perfect in every way. Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and it was clear that they truly cared about making our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The yurt itself was an absolute dream. Nestled in the tranquil surroundings of the farm, it offered everything we needed for a perfectly relaxing getaway. Thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials, it provided a cozy, comfortable, and peaceful retreat. The ambiance of the yurt was simply magical—it's the kind of place where you can unwind completely, enjoying the beauty of nature while still having all the comforts of home. We brought our two French bulldogs which absolutely loved the amount of land they had to run around on and of course saying hello to the two goats - Aoife and Mary! The hosts go above and beyond to the point they leave out a bowl of fruit & veg for you to feed the goats should you want to! We cannot recommend Kerrib Farm enough. Whether you're looking for a quiet escape or a unique countryside experience, this place has it all. Our time there was unforgettable, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Nothing at all - we can’t fault anything!

"Really loved our stay here and would recommend anyone to come here."

Was just like a little hobbit hole reminded me of bag end. Which I loved it was very cosy with a well stocked wood burning stove. Our hosts were both lovely and provided my son with a big bowl of fruit and veggies to feed the 2 lovely little goats Mary and Aiofe I think lol. They were on site if we needed anything but also gave us our privacy. Thank you so much for a lovely stay at Kerrib farm Kevin and Vicky thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. :)

I would recommend bringing a bright torch for trips to the toilet at ngt there is lamps provided but I still found it hard to see much was an adventure though lol. Also maybe a really good cool box as there’s no actual kitchen or fridge as you are sleeping in a really fancy tent without the hassle of building it lol. There is a tap at the side of the hosts house which isn’t too far away though.
