Communication with the owner was fabulous. We also loved how clean and tidy the place was and the games for the children (especially the Wii!) were a big success. The fireplace gives that final, cosy touch to the place. We really enjoyed our stay!

The caravans are all quite close together, although compared to some of the other caravans this one has more space around it than others.

The van was spotlessly clean

Tv not working. No hot water. Told to light the pilot light, but was unable to fix the water heater. Security came around and fixed the tv and pilot light late. When we got into the shower the water was freezing. So both of us had cold showers. The internet was not working and there were no towels. Very disappointing, as we spent most of the time after arrival trying to fix problems that should have been provided. Then also asked by owner to strip the beds in the morning. It seems unorthodox when the owner should be providing a service.

The property was clean, tidy and the owner was great at communicating. It was a perfectly good size and functional holiday home with the Haven facilities and close to local amenities. We would definitely stay again!

The caravan was amazing! So comfortable and homey. It was clean with all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!! Would highly recommend :)

Clean and spacious and provided tea bags coffee milk washing up liquid toilet roll hand wash even shampoo and conditioner

Everything perfect in every way would definitely go back
