The property manager called D’armour was one of the reasons I could stay there . Also the location is good .

The breakfast was very poor . Same things everyday . Very uncomfortable beds . Kids wanted to play at the garden area but it was very unkempt , not green like in the photos.

The proximity to the shops, the caretaker understood English and was always available even when I got lost in town. The manager and the caretaker were both present on arrival and departure. We enjoyed the stay. Keep up Dada and Tony.

Mr. Jean Damour (the helper/ manager/not owner, I assume) was very helpful and kind. He provided very good advice to move around the city and everything I needed, great job you are doing. The house is quite big and all is there, the shared kitchen is well equipped.

The deluxe room I booked was showing in the description that it had a private bathroom. During arrival the owner wanted me to go to a room with a shared bathroom, since according to him it was mistake, he also told me in case I wanted the one with private bathroom I would have to pay more, I said no and at the end he decided to let me stay in the room I had booked. I believe the description of the rooms should be reviewed and detailed properly. Also, the rooms don't have mosquito net, and there are mosquitos around. They provide some room repellent, which sometimes people are allergic to, as a recommendation, they should put mosquito net.

The room is beautiful well located with the amazing view and fantastic landscapes , The manager is amazing and always helpful and caring

This was my most negative experience so far with a property manager. After booking confirmation asking for more payment as in confirmed message. When I said, this isn't correct, you can't reject your own signature and break agreement with booking com, he said me he doesn't care about any agreement and booking com. Further, he send me to another hostel, without informing me in advance, a hostel which was in lower standard as I booked!!! I don't feel nice, when I write this story, but, I think it is my moral responsibility to my traveller mate to know that. I had no problem with worker in hostel and any other issue to report but only rough and ignorant of a manger , whom the law, signature and agreement with booking com values NOTHING. I have the screenshot of my discussion with manager, if any body interesting in.
