It was a good size, very clean, everything we needed was there. Beds are comfortable, but pillows not great is my only moan.

"Lovely, friendly, quiet studio was a great base to explore St Ives"

Lovely quiet spot just up the hill from town. Bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Had to fight with the shower a bit to get a good temperature and didn’t hold the temp but only a very minor inconvenience.

"Casa studio May day bank holiday 2025"

Nice room with near enough everything we needed. Parking is very limited in St Ives so this was a bonus. Enjoyed the break and St Ives itself

The road outside was very poor. Potholes everywhere. The distance to the town centre and beaches were about 15 minutes walking down a pretty steep hill. Some of the furniture could be updated as they were looking a little rusty and worn.
