room SERVICE WAS quick and staff was good. Good Cleanliness.

room ambience has lot of scope for improvement. No bottle cooler. No toiletries. less breakfast options. safe car parking space should be there.

The rooms are big and clean. Ambience is excellent. The continuous soft music in the corridors are pleasing.

The amenities mentioned while booking had to be asked for... even the basic like complimentary slippers, shaving kit etc.. There is no wardrobe, just an open cupboard with 4 hangers and no place in the shelf to keep your clothes. For a person like me who stays for a week every visit, I had to open up my bags every single day to take my clothes out. In house dining is expensive than even Radisson. And the buffet doesn't have much variations. Not suitable for people who wants non-veg, as it is not provided here.
