"The hotel is new and clean, but not a good place to stay if you want to sleep."

It was new, clean and close to the train station.

While in my room I could hear people talking (not screaming or even talking loudly, just talking) in the room next door and people walking in the room above me. The wall mounted HVAC unit made a thrumming vibration noise. When I turned it off, I could hear the same noise from the neighboring room

"After a long train ride it hit the spot."

Very close to the train station. Hot tub was great after a long ride on the train. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
