Location is perfect, walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. Clean and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Coffee shop and bakery just downstairs too.

The property will be OK if they did not treat the guest as they do… have you ever been charged for breaking a glass by accident? Only in Somerset Valero.. and they charged 12times the price of the glass (it was an Ikea glass and charged 900PHP)

"Bad experience - wrong treatment"

The property is well located and clean

The property has lost their mind with the policies. They charged me 870PHP for breaking a glass by accident.. this will be the first time that a reputable hotel or restaurant charges me for breaking a glass by accident. Best part is that is that it is an IKEA glass (I have pictures) and you can buy 6 for 399 PHP.. I guess that it is a their new way of making a few more pesos..

Pet-friendly - my dog was immediately at ease Good size room and amenities Great location

Drinking water dispenser in the room was a little out of place and the spigot came loose several times
