ROA great place if you have a late or early flight. Just 5 minutes from the airport, easy access to the train station or by bus to Pisa Tower. The shared kitchen is very usefull for a morning coffee. Friendly host.
The rooms is not very big, but is a room in an apartment with a small bathroom. For a short stay is good enough. There can be some noise during the night from the street or from the other guests in the apartament, but is fine.
DEDie Lage in der Nähe des Flughafens ist unschlagbar, keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe gibt es auch Restaurants. Wer ganz ins Zentrum will, findet auch fußläufig recht nahe eine Bushaltestelle. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war OK, das bad neu und sauber. Die Betten waren OK. Die Kommuniaktion mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut (Video, wie man an die Schulüssel, in das Haus und ins Zimmer gelangt.)
Was man wissen muss ist der fehlende Schallschutz. Es ist sehr laut selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Für uns war es für eine Nacht trotzdem in Ordnung. So konnten wir bequem von dort unseren Flug um 6:00 Uhr früh erreichen.

HUITOttima posizione, l’aeroporto è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in un paio di minuti.
La strada su cui si trova è piuttosto rumorosa e, nonostante le stanze siano al 5 piano, si sente il rumore del traffico, fortuna che da una cert’ora in poi passano poche macchine.
SEITSEVi anlände sent för en övernattning och tidigt morgonflyg. Det enkla boendet fyllde sin funktion.
