Botanic Exclusive Room

This is my 3rd stay in this this beautiful room. The room itself has everything you need, with a small, but perfectly formed, little kitchen. The location is ideal, in the pedestrianised centre of Pescara, so everything-bars, restaurants, shops, the beach -are all within walking distance, as is the train and bus station. The host is delightful and communication is easy.

Only that I couldn't stay longer.

Location. Well organized. Very clean and well maintained. Nice amenities. A bit noisy but to be expected.

This is a fantastic place-and this is my second stay! To call it a room doesn't do it justice, as it has great little kitchenette area, which is more than adequate to rustle up a simple meal. The friendly and helpful host left breakfast pastries, yoghurts, Coke and even wine, so you don't actually need to buy anything in if you don't want to. The room is perfectly located to access the many shops, restaurants, bars and the beach of the beautiful town Pescara, and is within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations.

Only not being able to stay longer!

This is a well designed and presented little apartment in the centre of Pescara, close to all the shops, restaurants and bars, within easy walking distance of the bus and train stations, and with some great features e.g. a USB charging socket and a fully fitted kitchen. I was met by the host's charming son, who explained how everything worked, and I was left a range of drinks and breakfast foods, and even a bottle of local wine, which was lovely! The host also gave me recommendations for restaurants close by. I would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely space!

Wonderful new, spacious and cozy apartment 4 minutes from the sea, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rachel made sure that our stay was perfect, she was in constant contact with us. She recommended us many nice places. Full equipment, we lacked nothing. When I have to come to Pescara again I will definitely choose this apartment.
