Die Kommunikation mit Andrea vor unserer Ankunft und während unseres Aufenthaltes war klasse! Auf Fragen oder Wünsche ist er sehr gut eingegangen! Auch gab es Leckereien und Getränke als Willkommensgruß. Die Lage der Unterkunft am Stadtrand macht ein Auto unabdingbar. Der Weg in die Innenstadt von Bari ist damit nicht weit. Es scheint auch eine Bushaltestelle an der Straße zu sein, der Weg dort hin dauert aber eine kleine Weile, da die Zufahrt zum Anwesen (das ist eine durchaus zutreffende Beschreibung) durch einen Olivenhain recht lang ist. Dafür liegt die Unterkunft sehr idyllisch im Grünen. Vogelgezwitscher garantiert! Klimaanlage vorhanden und funktionsfähig! Bad und Küche waren neuwertig (Juli 2025) und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

"Nicht gefallen" hat uns bei Andrea gar nichts. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, aber zweckmäßig.

A wonderful place, with a beautiful garden. The place is fabulous, guaranteeing peace and quiet a stone's throw from the center of Bari. The host is very helpful, the contact was immediate, and in case of any questions we felt taken care of. We recommend it!

We travel alot, and this is the first property we have ever stayed at where the pool is charged separately and on an individual and daily basis. We made the error of not noticing this fine print on booking.com website and it was not apparent on the app. The fees for using a small pool were not small even with a discount, and prohibited the use for us to one day. Ideally the kids would have dipped in after a day out, without having to pay a whole day fee of 10 euros per person. We would have preferred if the price of the property was higher at booking, but we didn't have to have extra communication as to who will use the pool and when and for how much.

Wonderful place! Lovely location surrounded by nature. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Cool, remote location. A bit outside the center of town. Brand new furnishing, but old style house. Good restaurant 5 mins away.

Amazing villa. Luxury and cozy. Perfect equipment, marvelous back and front yard. Very unique expierence to stay in villa. Also host was very warmly, he let us use pool, without extra charge. I definetly recomend this villa and hope to return here again. 10 points. A lot of space for park a car.
