Si tratta di un motel su una strada statale piuttosto trafficata. L'esperienza entrando è pessima, perche sembra di scencìdere in un interrato: in realtà le camere danno su un cortile condominiale più basso; la vista è comunque sul parcheggio e sui condomini stessi. Pessima insonorizzazione: si partecipa alle docce mattutine dei vicini e alle eventuali attività notturne

Relatively clean

Bad location, the buses to como were scheduled once every half an hour. Taxi drivers refused to come pick us up. The room had zero noise cancellation. We could hear all the other tenants like we were all in the same room. We woke up around 6 am because the cafe upstairs was moving chairs and opening up, creating unbearable noise. The bathroom was really small, the wooden doors had water damage, the soap dispensers were weird. We couldn’t get more toilet paper as it was locked in a case inside our bathroom. We had really bad communication with stuff. They never send me the code for the room and I had to contact them and after all that they send the wrong code. A lady that probably manages, works or owns the property saw us struggling and started yelling at us in Italian. She didn’t speak at all English which is honestly unacceptable if you work at a hotel. She gave us the code but she was acting like it was our mistake that we didn’t have it. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Probably the worst booking experience.
