The service was terrible I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. The room was filthy, pillows and pillow cases were dirty, there was dust everywhere even underneath the bed. The cutlery holder had dust to a point were it turned into something like mud or mould. The shower didn’t have hot water, I had to call them in order to get hot water and I waited 30 minutes. Upon calling Deon about the condition of the room he came and looked at the room and gave me my refund, his apology wasn’t sincere he apologised walking out he didn’t even look at me. He gave me my money as if that’s what I wanted he didn’t take time to acknowledge and address my issue, he thought I was after money and I wasn’t.

Left too early for the airport to have had breakfast, but whenever I have to overnight in EL in future Tidewaters is my choice.

Nothing that I can think of, except the weather, which is not in their control, haha.
