"乾淨新穎、入住期間需要幫助都很快獲得解答，下次來潮州會再考慮！"

1. 整體設施很新、很乾淨。 2. 房間內還有可上鎖的置物櫃。 3. 鄰近大馬路，但窗戶隔音做得很好 4. 浴室乾淨、蓮蓬頭水壓夠大，洗澡很舒服 5. 吹風機是TESCOM的，風速很快，吹頭髮很快 6. 四人宿舍房裡有電視 7. 有問題，用LINE聯繫都很快回覆👍 8. 床鋪本身睡起來很舒服

稍微美中不足的是，電視有Netflix、Friday影音、Disney頻道等等，但沒有提供可以看的帳號。（但以目前的價位來說，沒有這部分，還是覺得宿舍房的CP值很高）

"我忘了歸還鑰匙，房東沒責怪，反而願意讓我寄放站務人員，房東特地到火車站取回，很貼心的房東，很開心的住宿經驗！"

房東很有耐心，會很快回覆處理我的問題，環境明亮、乾淨，床位很寬敞，四個人使用一間衛浴設備，很方便，難得的是房內還有電視可看（但我們都沒人看電視）還有桌椅可以使用，很棒！

大致上沒有不滿意，有飲水機和茶包、咖啡，但沒杯子可沖泡，可以準備馬克杯嗎？

"整體來說非常優良，一樓能再多個洗手台就更讚了"

環境乾淨整潔，房間非常的舒適，離火車站也非常的近，高CP值的好選擇。

飲食的部分有規定只能在一樓交誼廳，為了環境衛生能夠理解。 不過一樓缺乏可以洗手的洗手台，建議可以加裝洗手台，因為當天住在四樓，想洗手還要先到4樓進房間才能洗手是真的不太方便@@
