La posizione, pur non essendo immediatamente vicina al mare, consente di raggiungerlo nel giro di pochi minuti. La casa è ben arrredata e fornita di tutto. Nel retro si trova anche un'ampia terrazza rinfrescata da una bella brezza nelle ore serali.
