GBWe just returned from a short stay at Riad Khadoj. A beautiful Riad nestled away in the heart of Marrakech old medina, very close to all amenities, very good if you want to get your steps in. We travelled as a group of ladies with a baby, and we felt very safe and found the riad was perfect for our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and away from all the hustle bustle. A short walk away from the khatoubia mosque. Due to arriving very early, we requested to drop our baggage off before check-in, to which Khalid was very prompt with his response and was very welcoming, not only did he allow us to drop our bags off few hours earlier, him and the lovely Kawla served us traditional tea and biscuits. Kawla, the housekeeper, was an absolute joy to be around. She was so warm with her big smile and served us some delicious breakfast, so helpful and kept the riad very tidy. The Riad is very traditional in its decore and has a lot of old features to the building. Although the staff keep the premises tidy and presentable, I do believe the owners could do some repairs to the tap on the ground floor, as it was abit loose, not that it ruined our stay there, as there is five on-suit bathrooms. The riad can accommodate up to 13 people, so big groups would enjoy a stay there, with five very well designed rooms with air-conditioning and on-suits. There is also a plunge pool on the terrace to have a cool dip if needed.
It was a bit difficult to find, but locals were so helpful, and after asking a few people, Khalid came and collected us from the area we ended up at, which was litrally around the corner.

NLWe had a lovely stay at the riad with a group of 12 girls. Rooms are great. When the AC was working not well in one of the rooms, it was immediately fixed by the owner. Rooftop terrace is really a plus, great for sunbathing during the day or some chillings in the evening. Breakfast every morning was amazing, Ghoula was very helpful with everything, including all our questions about Marrakech!
There are not a lot of sun beds if you are with a bigger group. The pool is relatively small, but does offer a good moment of refreshment.
FRNous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis ! Merci à khalid pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité avec nous. Merci infiniment à la dame présente au Riad qui nous a fait des magnifiques petits déjeuners chaque matins.
