That I was only there for a night and hadn't planned to stay longer.

Complete lack of communication in advance. The host does not answer in a timely manner to questions asked through the chat and hangs up when I tried to call. We started to talk and then she hangs up when asked a question, probably due to extremely poor language skills. The phone was allegedly "broken". The included public parking was a 10 minute walk from the premises (guests have to park illegaly to pick up a parking ticket from the host, the establishment is in the no-car section of the old town) and it was difficult to find a free spot at all when the village is overrun by visitors. There was no refridgerator in the room, although advertised here on Booking. The bathroom was dirty (see photos).

Voljeli bismo da ima malo više prostora u sobi, ali ima sve što je potrebno i uredno je.

The location of the property was excellent, while the host was firendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the price was unbeatable for this busy and desirable town. Free parking is available for guests, which is a true luxury for Grožnjan.

The room I stayed in, although the pictures are accurate, was still smaller than I expected and not extremely comfortable, even for one person. It was very suitable for the price, however.

Beautiful location. Friendly host. You get what you pay for, a basic small room with. Room has good air-conditioning

Walls are very thin so you hear other guests move around constantly and have noise from the terrace outside.

It was a lovely stay ... the ONLY comment is that it was hard to find. I didn't realize that there wasn't really parking AT the location. It was a very short walk and not a problem at all, but just didn't know what to expect. Otherwise absolutely perfect and very friendly proprietor who made me a cappuccino this morning ... very warm family vibe and I wish I'd had more time to explore. Knowing what I know now, I'm planning to stay a month in Istria next time and explore every nook and cranny. It's an absolute feast for the eyes and spirit.

Just a little bit confusing to navigate, but otherwise wonderful.
