Interacțiunea cu gazda, curat, aer condiționat, wi-fi, TV, tot necesarul de la produse baie până la electrocasnice, parcare gratis.

Amplasarea blocului și, in mod deosebit, mirosul îngrozitor de la baie care ajungea și în cameră.
