Ha rispecchiato le mie aspettative! È una struttura molto accogliente, staff molto attento alle tue esigenze. Mi è piaciuto un sacco il design urbano e per un soggiorno di qualche giorno è più che perfetto. La camera era pulita e vi era tutto il necessario, come in foto! Poi la posizione ottima, tra Santurce e Condado e a pochi passi da una fermata autobus per raggiungere il centro storico di San Juan. Ho viaggiato da sola e mi sono sentita al sicuro! Davvero raccomando questa struttura. Semplice, accogliente e centrale!

Nos encantó la ubicación céntrica. El personal fue muy amable. El cuarto súper limpio y organizado. Hay mucho entretenimiento y restaurantes walking distance.

No nos gustó que los cuartos quedan extremamente muy cerca del pasillo, eso hace que a todas horas se escuchen conversaciones de los otros cuartos. Teníamos un evento que tuvimos que madrugar los 3 días y hubo una ocasión que no pudimos descansar bien por el ruido que ocasionaban los huéspedes y el personal brindándole la bienvenida. Si usted tiene el sueño profundo este hotel es Perfecto Para usted pero si tiene el sueño liviano como yo, la pasará muy mal.

Estuvo muy cómodo, las instalaciones muy limpias, muy acogedoras con todo lo necesario, el personal muy amable y la locación está muy bien. Me gustó bastante y sin duda volveré!! Muchas gracias!!

Tal vez que las habitaciones para una persona tienen las paredes muy delgadas ya que escuchaba todo lo que hacía la persona del lado, la escuchaba estornudar, etc. Pero no es algo que incomode mucho ya que la mayor parte del tiempo se está afuera conociendo y explorando.

La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Las habitaciones están impecables, aunque son un poco pequeñas (especialmente las dobles) y algunas carecen de luz natural. Sin embargo, el personal hace grandes esfuerzos por resolver cualquier inconveniente y hacerte sentir a gusto durante tu estancia.
