窓に囲まれているので外気に左右されやすく、朝夜は寒く、日の当たる日中は暑くなりがちでした。ただクーラーがあるので自分で調節はできます。同じく外の騒音もかなり聞こえます。カモメが多くいて声がうるさいので耳栓があると快適に過ごせると思います。

Lovely room with nice decor, comfy bed, very clean, good to have kettle, coffe machine and fridge, powerful shower which was great! Location is brilliant, very central to old town Porto, a few minutes walk to many main attractions. Check-in was quick and easy using codes provided.

Apartment was noisy - could hear everything in the streets including drilling from construction directly outside at 7am on Saturday morning and conversations in the staircase. Staircase up to apartment was narrow.

Very good location! Clean and comfortable.

Shower and toilet separate is not that convenient for a solo traveler, but may good for couples.

I loved the decor. It was very tastefully done. The location was also wonderful - close to train station and a short walk from everything you could need (restaurants, brunch spots, coffee, a small supermarket). It made nipping in and out during the day very easy. The room comes stocked with coffee, tea, water and a bottle of wine which is a lovely touch. The many big windows in the room, and being on the corner of the street gave for a lovely view in the middle of things. Celina was really nice, and readily accessible on WhatsApp and gave me a detailed explanation on how to check in, which was very easy to do. The room also came with amenities (body wash, shampoo), great towels, and a brilliant shower. The bed was very comfortable.

I came to Porto with a big group of friends, and we all stayed in different rooms in the same area and roughly same price. This impacted how I felt about my stay here as I could see a wide variety of options. The room is right outside the construction of a new train station. The first morning (a Friday) I was woken up at 6.55am by a man hammering loudly. It was still dark outside. Oddly after an hour they moved onto operating a crane which was the quiet part. The following morning I was woken up by drilling (a Saturday). I checked Porto’s noise laws and both days this defied them, and ruined my sleep so much as to disrupt my stay. I know this is not the fault of the hosts. The room is very charming in a way, but walking around the bed from toilet to sink to wash hands because quite tiresome. The toilet itself felt like being inside a box. The apartment front door is a bit finicky - sometimes it closes easily, sometimes you have to hold it, sometimes it takes a few pushes of the button to open. Using pin codes to get into the building and my room didn’t make me feel too safe, especially as a solo woman in the room. I would prefer a key / card. There have also been burglaries in the area so it heightened my sense of unease. Somewhere with a concierge would be more helpful for a solo traveller. One evening the power cut only for the apartment block. I was in the room at the time. The hosts did reply within 15 minutes, but I was sat in the dark for that time trying to figure out what to do - as the door locks using codes I wasn’t sure how that works. My friends were close by which made me feel more safe as I felt like they could come and get me, but I imagine as a solo female traveller I would have been quite scared waiting in the dark room. Others have commented on the stairs. I don’t mind stairs at all. I am also quite petite but even for me these stairs are very very narrow so you have to mind how you go and walk slowly.

De locatie en de netheid van deze kamer was helemaal top!

De kamer is heel goed gelegen in het centrum en dit brengt dan ook veel geluid met zich mee dat je doorheen de hele avond zal horen.
