I like the location. The room were clean and the guy we met at the check-in was kind.

The old bathroom. The second room was just acceptable for two children, and because the weather was hot the fun were not enough, but would have been necessary to have air conditioninig.

Everything is okay.

No wifi which is no good in this age - meant streaming channels didn’t work. Downstairs living area was too small

Beautiful property in the very centre of lucca so the location was excellent, bed very comfy, great facilities.Lovely big apartment.check in was super easy and to have the slightly later check out time :11.0 clock was a definite bonus.

The lack of air conditioning in the apartment made it super uncomfortable as there was just no respite from the heat, there was however a fan but all this seemed to do was push warm air around the bedroom. This is the only negative about this apartment.I would def recommend a stay in winter but in the height of summer it's a definite no.
