The staff was super nice, very friendly and helpful. The location is far away from most of the main turistic points of interest but very calm and quiet and you can always reach the center with an Uber or a tuktuk. We consider it was a bit pricey in comparison to the rest of hostels we've slept on but seems that Lucknow is just a bit more expensive so it seems okay. Had some trouble sleeping with the mosquitoes, but despite of this and improving a bit the cleanliness it's a nice place to stay at :)
