All the facilities were in a very good condition. Personal parking spot, safe and shaded.

The place was all clean, new, and comfortable. The environment was quite, also very close to the center.

The stairs and upstairs is not suitable for little kids.

Spotless clean,comfy beds,top appliances, privacy, parking places, super nice owner.

I recently stayed at this amazing apartment in Kavala, and I couldn’t be more pleased! The place had everything you could possibly need – from a fully equipped kitchen to a comfortable living space, and even small thoughtful details that made the stay perfect. The ideal location offered access to local attractions, restaurants, and the beach. The cleanliness and modern design added to the overall comfort, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring my stay was flawless. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kavala – it exceeded all my expectations!

We has a comfortable stay with our family. Although it has an upper floor, there is a door which closes the access to the stairs so it’s also safe for small kids.
