Floor was all dirty but we were asked to take off our shoes before entered We just arrived and we didn’t have changes to tip the guy, so he became very unfriendly towards us, the next day we were asking him for an extra blanket, he didn’t want to give us at the beginning, we insisted a lot then he finally did, and refused to offer us a few more clothes hanger No hair dryer provided Bed edges too sharp bumped bruise many times
