"Comoda y pintoresca casa alejada del bullicio de Cefalú pero al lado de todo"

La localización, que cuenta con parking propio y las instalaciones, que estaban muy limpias y el piso es enorme y con todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea perfecta.

Quizá el único punto negativo es que está al lado de las vías del tren, pero por la noche no pasan trenes, solo durante el día

"Due giorni a Cefalù da ricordare"

Posizione spettacolare! In pochi minuti si arriva alla spiaggia, inoltre il centro è abbastanza vicino anche andando a piedi. Appartamento grande e camere spaziose, il proprietario è stato sempre super disponibile ed efficiente per ogni richiesta.

"Groot en schoon appartement maar parkeerplaats smal, onhandig en misschien niet altijd beschikbaar."

Ligging prima: het strand en de stad zijn snel en eenvoudig te voet te bereiken. Goede en grote supermarkt om de hoek en het appartement is gedateerd maar groot en schoon. Inderdaad, er is een spoorlijn pal achter het huis en er is een drukke weg aan de voorzijde maar van beide binnen geen last van gehad. De vriendelijke en behulpzame host doet zijn best en is telefonisch voor vragen bereikbaar.

Er is een smal balkon aan de achterzijde maar omdat dit al een hele tijd niet is schoongemaakt of planten gesnoeid zijn, is dit niet bruikbaar om buiten te zitten. Parkeren in de zomer is in Cefalù een probleem; wij hadden dit appartement vooral ook geboekt om de parkeerplaats. Van tevoren nog hierover gebeld: "nee, geen enkel probleem". Dit klopt. MITS de buurman zijn 2e auto ook niet op de parkeerplaats zet, MITS zijn bezoek jou niet vastzet en insluit en TENZIJ de clientèle van de kapper en de overige middenstand niet denken dat de parkeerplaats ook voor hun klanten is bedoeld. Wat voor zwaar irritante situaties heeft gezorgd. Als het je ook om de parkeerplaats te doen is zou ik zeggen: doe het niet.

Parking for my motorcycle, very big and comfortable apartment. Walking distance 5/10 min to the beach and old town.
