The location is perfect! Very close to everything worth seeing. Very clean and modern room with a large kitchen. Thanks a lot to Franchesca for the hospitality and genuine care during our stay.

Breakfast not available at the property Only a coffee machine and kettle

Option to use the kitchen would have been nice but nothing was supplied

The apartment is new, very clean and comfortable. There is also a kitchen to prepare yourself a tea or coffee. It is close to the center.

Stove did not work, there are no pans, plates or cutlery.

Very clean and comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Good location for comacchio but not somewhere we will likely return to. Host was very helpful and friendly in communications. Would recommend. The shower is the best we have had in Italy!

Would have been great to have access to cutlery, crockery and cooking facilities that are in the kitchen area. Also some nice seating in the empty area of the room or terrace would make this 10/10
